The first orchestral album ‘Tjeknavorian & Sibelius: Violin Concertos’ has been released by Beare’s International Violin Society artist, Emmanuel Tjeknavorian. The album contains his ‘Signatur Piece’, the violin concerto by Jean Sibelius and the first recording of the violin concerto by his father Loris Tjeknavorian. In addition, he has recorded his often played encore, an Armenian folk song called Krunk (crane) on the album, which underlines the deep connection to his homeland Armenia.

Emmanuel plays a 1698 violin by Antonio Stradivari, generously loaned to him by a benefactor from the Beare’s International Violin Society.
